Landy Rakoto is a French artist living and working in Brissac Quince. Her work is about repetitive gestures, but also about the joy of finding beauty in the world and mundane moments. Her collection includes rustic, brutalist and classic designs, with a penchant for organic textures and bold but comfortable shapes. She began her journey in Berlin, working in an atelier on Neukölln and then sharing a studio with Jérémy Bellina. She then moved to France, where, in the Pays de la Loire region, she opened her own studio in 2021.
