Sophie Lou Jacobsen is an Artist of American and French descent, currently living and creating in New York. She designs objects for the home, furniture and spaces. She opened her design studio over 2 years ago, focusing mainly on everyday objects. In her hands, simple objects for everyday rituals gain a new form. Even a small detail or color can change a lot in the perception of objects. As she says, the objects we surround ourselves with every day should, in addition to their function, have something of poetry in them, creating a relationship between man and object.
