Slowdown Studio was founded by Australian designer Marc Hendrick in East Los Angeles, in 2015. At the core of the concept is discovering emerging, talented artists from around the world and establishing collaborations with them. Ciara Quilty-Harper is an English-Irish illustrator living in Barcelona. Created by hand, her pencil drawings read like hazy cinema stills or woven tapestries – from soothing landscapes, colourful still lifes to pensive figures, her interests lie in the moments between the action.
